To The' "Ai Torchi Vecchi"' (the meaning of the name of this place is:'to the old presses') is one of the most striking corners, which is in the valley of the river Rosaro in Lunigiana, in the north-west part of Tuscany. It is perhaps the most ancient mill system,how one imagine from the very beautiful pedestrian bridge of medieval origin, all made of stone which crosses the river and separates it still from the nearby village of Posara. On the property the water-level mark and the tracks of where the water used to run under the mill are still very visible. The complex included three adjacent mills, it has become a unique two-floor habitation of about 500mq.
