On the groundfloor there are a living room, a large kitchen, a big fire-place and a bathroom.
You can still find the ancient handmade stone presses now integrated in the furnishing and all
of this really creates a very special place.

From an internal stair one accesses the upper floor with also has it's own separate entrance with five double-bedrooms and three badroom with shower.

The outside area is just in front of the river and is equipped with barbecue, sink, table and banches for eating, deckchairs and an umbrella. Behind the house is a swimming pool, 12x5 m,with deckchairs, sun-bads and two changing rooms.

Immersed in the greenery with just the sound of the river, isolated, it is very cool in the summer period. "Ai torchi vecchi" is the ideal place for lovers of nature and tranquillity. Because of its geography site it's a good starting point for sightseeing tours in the near villages rich of history or in cities like Pisa and Lucca, for days on the beach in Versilia or Cinque Terre and for mountain walks along the trails of the Alpi Apuane.
